BD Alpona Enamel Paint

Description: Based on mixture of alkyd resin of different oil length, hardener and selected micronized pigments.

Use: On all ferrous structures and equipment’s of factories including industrial commodities.

Color: As per BD Shade card.

Specifications

Surface drying: 2-3 hours

Hard drying: 6-8 hours

Viscosity: 120-140 secs by F.C. 4 at 30 C

Finish: High Glossy

Coverage: 220-250 Sft/Liter

Recoat ability: After 8 Fours

Thinner: BD G.P. thinner

Storage: 18 months

Packing: Available in 200ml, 0.455Litres, 0.91 Ltres, 3.64 Litres and 18.2 Litres sealed cont.

Instruction: Do not overthin. Use BD Red Oxide prirner as base coat following under coat at an interval of 12 hours. Rub down with Emery paper after 24 hours and apply 2 coats of enamel.
