BD Synthetic Undercoat

Description: Based on alkyd resin and micronized pigments. This is an intermediate coat between the primer and top coat to render life to painted surface

Use: On all conventional primer. May be used on wooden surface as filler and semi-gloss finish top cost.

Color: White and customers choice.

Surface drying: 1-1.30 hours

Hard drying: 4-6 hours

Viscosity: 120-130 secs by F.C. 4 at 30 C

Coverage: 110-120 Sft/Liter

Finish: Semi Glossy

Recoat ability: After 12 hours

Flash point: Above 73 F

Application: Brush/Roller/ Spry

Thinner: BD G.P. thinner

Packing: Available in 0.91 Litres, 3.64 Litres and 18.2 Litres sealed container

Storage: 18 months in cool & dry place.

Instruction: Do not overthin. Stir well before use. Give a soft rub with emery paper after hard dry and apply two coats of BD Enamel. Keep away from fire.
